Kathy Conley Jones is President of The Conley Financial Group, a multi-line insurance and financial services brokerage firm that was established in 1984. The firm became affiliated with Charles L. Crane Company in March of 2004.  Ms. Conley Jones attained her B.A. in Interdisciplinary Social Studies and a minor in Education from St. Louis University.  She attained the Life Underwriter's Training Council Fellows (LUTCF) designation.

Ms. Conley Jones has specialized in employee benefit consulting and executive benefit design for over 24 years.  More than 10 years ago, Ms. Conley Jones expanded the services of The Conley Financial Group offering property/casualty brokerage services.  The Conley Financial Group services industries such as healthcare providers, public airport facilities and educational entities.  The Conley Financial Group has partnered on property casualty joint ventures with some of the largest brokerage organizations in the industry. 

In addition to the firm’s brokerage services, Ms. Conley Jones developed and presents   contractor workshops throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area as well as financial educational seminars and workshops specifically designed for women and the emerging market population

In 2004, Ms. Conley Jones was selected and participated in an entrepreneurial program developed at The Kellogg School of Management designed for successful entrepreneurs.

Ms. Conley Jones’s dedication to the St. Louis Metropolitan area is evident in her community service involvement. She has served as co-chair of St. Louis Crisis Nursery’s annual RazzleDazzle Ball, co-chair of Make-A,-Wish Gala and Ambassador for Community Women Against Hardship.

Ms. Conley Jones was selected to participate in a leadership program at The United States Army War College and in 2002 she was appointed to The St. Louis Philanthropic Board by Mayor Francis Slay.   Kathy Conley Jones currently serves as a trustee of Missouri Investment Trust Board.

Kathy is married and is the mother of one adult son.
